Would you like to participate? Please submit poetry via the contact page but please read our submission guidelines first. Submission Guidelines:
Your writing must be edited before submitting and must show critical thinking skills and depth of thought.
Message and intent must be clear. Tightness of language, use of imagery (show not tell) and originality are key.
If the writer takes artistic license and steps outside of these guidelines but still proves a true poetic tone, submissions will still be considered by the Vetted Word Staff on an individual basis.
If your work is accepted you will see it posted that following Monday in the Community section of the website. We will notify you if you have been chosen to become our featured poet for the month.
